We manufacture custom automated assembly and testing systems for automotive components. Our solutions range from massive lines for complex assembly processes to end-of-line test machines, which we design with digital tools from the initial concept phase.
We serve mainly the sector of hybrid and electric vehicles, but we have a wealth of expertise in the automotive industry, which encompasses numerous components, including injectors, pumps, valves, and clutches.

E-axle assembly lines
We manufacture turnkey assembly systems for electric transmissions, for front and rear electric axles, for automobiles and trucks.
Flexible, robotised cells allow floor space and cost reduction.
Hybrid transmission assembly lines
We build assembly systems for hybrid vehicle transmissions, where a traditional dual-clutch transmission is combined with an electric motor to power the car.
These lines enable a high production rate and are designed to optimise material flow and facilitate manual operations.

On our assembly lines for battery packs, feeding of sub-assemblies into the stations is performed with either trolleys or automated guided vehicles (AGV). Identification, sorting, positioning, fixing, and connection of modules are fully automated. Other parts can be assembled manually or automatically. Inspection devices detect production defects that may arise after each operation.

EOL TESTERS
We provide end-of-line test machines for inverters, battery modules, battery packs, electric motors, and electric transmissions, for serial production or R&D purposes. A wide range of measuring equipment allows electrical and mechanical tests to be carried out with high accuracy.
SYSTEMS FOR BATTERIES AND HYDROGEN
We also support the energy transition by providing an array of solutions for the second life of lithium-ion batteries and the generation of electricity from hydrogen.
