Our community is very important to us, and we believe that promoting its development is also our responsibility. We invest in assets we consider valuable and strategic, such as education, culture, and health.

We champion various organisations and projects to create value for our community, meet special needs, spread culture, contribute to a dynamic and inclusive society.

"Casa di Pandora" centre

“Casa di Pandora” is a centre, in Bari, that provides children affected by autism spectrum disorder and their families with qualified support, assistance, ad hoc spaces and activities.

The centre opened in 2019, based on a project by A.S.F.A. Puglia and supported by “i Bambini delle Fate” foundation. We have championed this worthy initiative from the outset and made recurring donations from 2018.

"Coloriamo la gioia​" project

As a gift to the little patients of Bari Children’s Hospital, we financed the “Coloriamo la gioia” (Let's colour joy) project to decorate the walls and equipment of the MRI unit with drawings and colours and make the environment welcoming and soothing.

The project was put forward by the Rotary Club of Bari Sud and carried out by a world-famous designer.

History lectures

For several years, we have sponsored “History lectures”, a very anticipated event in Bari, which is organised by Laterza publishing house. In each series of lectures, some of Italy’s biggest names in culture dive deep into one topic, ranging from monuments to the role of women in history, and help us to better understand the present and thoughtfully plan the future.

EDUCATION

We partner with universities and vocational schools to help students cultivate their talent and gain the skills needed for the labour market.

University

We have been involved for many years in developing young talent alongside universities, especially the University of Bari, the Polytechnic of Bari, the LUM University (Bari), the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome.

We participate in open days, provide classes and internships to master’s and PhD students working on their theses, fund scholarships, offer entry-level positions for new graduates, and aim to retain the best people.

Vocational school of mechatronics

Bridging the gap between education and industry is the main goal of vocational schools.
We can vouch for the effectiveness of their educational model, being one of the partners and founding members of “Antonio Cuccovillo” vocational school of mechatronics of Bari. As part of our collaboration, we teach specific classes and, above all, we offer internships to students to build knowledge and skills useful for employment, also at our company.
