Customisation, efficiency and flexibility are the core criteria underpinning the design and manufacture of automated machines and lines for assembling and testing automotive components.

We devise every system according to clients’ specific requirements in terms of process, quality and productivity as well as economic investment. We take care of every phase: from design to software engineering, assembling, installation, training and post-sales assistance.

Since we are aware that needs do change rapidly, we supply flexible systems that can be easily reconfigured over time. Over the years we have also employed our expertise to design a few automation devices, marketed under Xelit brand.

MARKING

Micro-percussion or laser marking stations.

LEAK TEST

Vacuum leak testing and pressure leak testing stations with pressure up to 350 bar, using either a dedicated test circuit or a specific instrument such as Xelit’s Versa.

PRESS FITTING

Standardised stations for press fitting with pneumatic, hydro-pneumatic or electromechanical presses such as Xelit’s Armax producing up to 200 kN of force.

LASER WELDING

Standardised laser welding stations with high-precision mandrels and positioning of the terminal optics with or without controlled axes.

TEST MACHINES

Our test machines integrate cutting-edge equipment and technologies to accurately measure products’ characteristics and validate compliance and performance.

HYDRAULIC TEST

Machines equipped with specific test circuits to simulate, via control of flow rates and/or pressures, a component’s behaviour inside the vehicle while assessing performance in relation to specifications.

SIMULATION OF DYNAMICS OF HEAT ENGINES

Machines for functional testing of transmission components carried out by generating oscillations simulating crankshaft’s behaviour of heat engine.

DYNAMIC TESTING ON ROTATING COMPONENTS

Machines to test rotating components via measurement of torque, vibration, noise and speed.

XELIT’S
AUTOMATION DEVICES

Highly versatile and user friendly, our own Xelit’s devices run a wide range of leak tests and press fitting in order to ensure quality of end products.

SmartLD

Compact leak test unit for a variety of applications, both in production and laboratory. It is based on the pressure variation method and is particularly flexible because of the company’s electro-pneumatic pressure regulator.

Integrated system for press fitting with force and stroke control. Available in different sizes, it is remarkably resistant to shear force, easy-to-use and flexible.

We assist clients throughout the system’s life cycle, providing all types of service they might require.

Training

We provide bespoke, on-site training sessions on correct machinery management both for operators and maintenance technicians. We also organise special sessions with purposely equipped machines.

Teleservice

We provide remote assistance for immediate troubleshooting to avoid or minimise downtime.

Resident engineer

Our engineers assist customers on-site according to specific plans and targets.
