To contribute to a sustainable energy transition, we manufacture machines both for the circular economy of lithium-ion batteries and for the generation of electricity from hydrogen.

SYSTEMS FOR LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES

We offer an array of solutions for lithium-ion batteries, ranging from custom assembly lines to standard benches
for testing and remanufacturing.

We build bespoke assembly systems for battery packs, ensuring process precision and quality through robots combined with laser and vision inspection systems.

Test bench for

Our test bench enables the characterisation of battery modules and cells through charge and discharge cycles at different c-rate and by impedance spectroscopy.

Remanufacturing line
for Li-ion batteries

We provide a semi-automated line to carry out both the disassembly of battery modules to cell level, with special attention to the delicate removal of the bus bars, and the re-assembly of cells into modules suitable for second life applications. Bus bars are laser welded with the aid of a machine vision system.

Our robotic cutting system enables the recovery of black mass from cylindrical, prismatic, and

SECOND LIFE OF BATTERIES

Our machines can be employed for the reuse and recycling of lithium-ion batteries that have reached the end of their useful life in electric vehicles.
Batteries can be tested to determine their capacity and, based on results,
either be rebuilt for second life applications, such as storage of energy from renewable sources, or be sent
for recycling of materials such as lithium and cobalt.

SYSTEMS FOR FUEL CELLS

As interest in hydrogen as an energy carrier increases, we are carrying out different projects in this field.

Fuel cell assembly cell

The robotic cell assembles the central part of the fuel cell (MEA) and the fuel cell stack, while a high-resolution vision inspection system ensures quality control. The robotic cell can handle fuel cells of various sizes.

Fuel cell testing bench

Our fuel cell testing bench is developed to conduct a wide range of customisable tests and measurements, including leakage testing, stress testing, break testing, endurance testing, and impedance spectroscopy.

Thanks to the modular design, we offer a multi-purpose version that enables simultaneous testing of fuel cells, lithium-ion batteries, and flow batteries.
