A recent study showed that young people consider industry as outdated and not aligned with their professional ambitions. The reality is different, though: there are many innovative and digital companies, where young people can play a major role in managing processes and technology.

This subject will be covered in a meeting titled “The industry you do not expect”, organised by Federmeccanica and Confindustria Puglia on 24 November 2023 during the Mecspe Bari trade fair. Masmec CEO Daniela Vinci will open the meeting as Federmeccanica vice president.
